Chef Bowe completed his ‘Certified Chef de Cuisine’ at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Chef has held titles of Corporate Executive Chef, Culinary Arts Instructor, and restaurant owner; he has been with The Red Yeti since it's beginning in 2014. Chef lives in Louisville with his wife, Alexis, and 2 young daughters.
